1. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Software, gift cards, and downloadable content are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once the code has been issued or redeemed.
2. Process for Returns
- Contact our support team at returns@gamestoreisb.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Defective or Damaged Goods
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged out of the box. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email immediately along with photographic evidence of the damage. We will bear the return shipping cost for strictly defective merchandise.
